To ensure the best experience for every client, the following policies are strictly enforced. ⸻ SLAYBYREY – BOOKING & SALON POLICY PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING. NO EXCEPTIONS. By booking an appointment with SlayByRey, you agree to all policies listed below. CONSULTATIONS (REQUIRED FOR NEW CLIENTS) All new clients are required to complete a consultation before booking. Consultations may be scheduled via FaceTime or an in-person visit. Appointments booked without a completed consultation will be cancelled without notice. BOOKING REQUIREMENTS All appointments must be booked through the website only. Deposits are required for all non-subscription clients. Subscription holders must book under the subscription booking option only. Booking incorrectly will result in cancellation. All hair-included or color-included services require a $75 non-refundable deposit. Deposits are applied toward the service total and will be forfeited if policies are violated. HAIR PREP & HAIR HEALTH (STRICTLY ENFORCED) All previous hairstyles must be completely taken down at least one (1) week prior to your appointment. Clients arriving with hair not taken down will not be serviced and will forfeit their deposit. All coloring services and hair-added services are scheduled only after hair passes a health assessment. Services will be declined if hair integrity is compromised. Hair must be clean, dry, and free of product unless otherwise stated. CHILD CLIENT POLICY Children are always welcome as clients. I provide patience, care, and love while servicing children. Parents or guardians must ensure the child can sit safely and cooperatively throughout the service. ARRIVAL TIME & SALON FLOW Please arrive no more than 15 minutes early to your scheduled appointment time. I may still be servicing the client scheduled before you. Do not assume your appointment will be late if another client is being serviced. A dedicated assistant is available to prep your hair to keep all appointments on schedule. SALON RULES Headphones are required. No extra guests or visitors allowed. Parking: Clients must park in the back row only. Front parking is reserved for employees. Failure to follow parking instructions may result in appointment cancellation. Snacks are available onsite for purchase. PAYMENT POLICY The only accepted forms of payment are: Chime Cash App Venmo Apple Pay Affirm Klarna Afterpay No other payment methods will be accepted. No exceptions. LATE POLICY A 15-minute grace period only. 15 minutes late results in a $25 late fee. After 15 minutes, the appointment may be cancelled immediately and the full service price will still be due. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING Same-day cancellations result in the full service price being due. Same-day appointments may be rescheduled only after full payment is received. Deposits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-creditable. FINAL NOTICE Failure to follow any policy may result in appointment cancellation, loss of deposit, or refusal of future bookings. No exceptions will be made.
CANCELLATION POLICY
I charge 20% for cancellation fee or no call no shows within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment .. any cancellation within 24 hours require 100 percent of fee deducted
